Where else but Dubai this crazy idea is to be executed. It's amazing architecture but the idea of a real ice berg floating in the gulf sea under the balzing hot sun blows my mind. Imagine all the energy needed to keep this structure afloat. This structure as named "Blue Crystal" is projected to host a number of luxurious restaurants, an underwater lounge and a ballroom across 5 levels on a blue landscape of ice away from the hectic city.
